DOLLAR: Flows have dwindled noticeably around the London fixing
event with traders now eyeing the long weekend ahead for the US and
Canada, despite the lack of official early close or Earl related close.
Hurricane effects not expected to significantly impact the NYC area
until later in the day but traditions die hard and some traders expect
to exit early anyway. Look for markets to quiet down significantly over
the next couple of hours.
